Our Business

By design we are not a large company and our size has been dictated by the availability of quality workmen.  We take pride in our projects; we feel ownership in the job and the satisfaction of providing what we promise!

Training is important to us!  We spend approximately 12 hours per month in manufacturer training courses.  We have also had the opportunity to visit Texas, Georgia and Florida to receive extra instruction in the manufacturing facilities of American Standard and Mitsubishi HVAC.  Every year we attend Pacific Gas and Electric seminars to update our company knowledge on the latest energy standards.  Our motto is "You can never learn enough".

Air Quality International, Inc. is a SMUD qualified contractor.  Our President and founder, Bob Aldous, has served on the advisory board to upgrade the California State Contractor's License test and has earned the status of a State of California Industry Expert.

Who We Are

Our company founder, Robert (Bob) Aldous Sr. has always had a passion to design and install top quality heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems that address health, energy efficiency and durability concerns.  With a lifetime of knowledge in his field, Bob is constantly studying and learning so that we will continue to be up to date with all of the changes in the Indoor Air Quality and HVAC industry. 

Carol Aldous is our CFO and Business Manager.  In the HVAC industry for 26 years, she handles our billing, financing and contracts.  Carol also puts together our Energy Savings Agreements and keeps us scheduled and on track.
